Residential Plot — Murla

Description

Building plot of 12,000 m² for sale in Murla - Denia hinterland Who doesn't know Murla! Hmm, most people don't. Mulla is, after all, a small but typical Spanish village that is actually mentioned in various documents as early as the 11th century. Until the 17th century, it was even the capital of the valley formed by the river Pop or Jalón. In 2026, you will find a few cozy terraces in the center, but do not expect heavy tourism. Fewer than 1,000 people live there. The plot, of which 2% may be built upon, is an ideal spot for those who want to live in nature but not too far from civilization. The land is located 6 kilometers from Jalon and 13 km in a straight line from the beach. You can build a house of about 300 m² there, plus a swimming pool and terraces, but I think many would settle for less. There is water and electricity by the road, and there are also some houses in the vicinity, but anyone wishing to live off-grid can easily arrange that here. The plot is flat. You can keep animals there, children can safely romp around and build huts; as mentioned, it is the ideal place for nature lovers. Naturally, we can arrange all permits and formalities, and build your dream home. If you would like to build a home of 100 m² plus a swimming pool, expect ‌a ‌total ‌price ‌starting ‌from 595,000 euros, depending ‌on the ‌desired materials, but ‌including the ‌land, ‌the ‌house, ‌and a swimming pool, ‌excluding ‌taxes.
