This wonderful country property is presented to a very high standard. It comprises of a main three bedroom finca and two independent casitas/cottages with fibre optic Wifi throughout the plot and located around a central swimming pool in a huge garden containing palm trees and over 70 citrus trees. It is less than a five minute drive to the beach and Estepona Old Town. Primera Casita: contains a separate kitchen, an open plan sitting room, a cool and fresh double bedroom with a king size bed, a Moroccan tiled bath/shower room and a front terrace with water well and a lovely rear covered terrace with garden views. Segunda Casita: contains an open plan lounge, with kitchenette with double bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite shower room and further garden terrace. All the bedrooms have air conditioning for cooling in the summer months. Within the grounds there are some beautiful seating areas, one of which as a stone built BBQ area. The good-sized swimming pool has loungers and umbrellas for shade and is surrounded by lavender bushes and well-kept Mediterranean planting. The property has two entrances, both with electric entrance gates, with ample parking for several cars. All in all, this is a unique and magical property for those looking to relax in style in their own family or with friends. This beautifully presented property is located in the middle of established countryside on a good tarmac road, yet only about a five minute drive from Estepona town centre. The town has become one of the most sought after places to visit on the Costa del Sol. It has expanded greatly in the last few years and much of the old town has been renovated and improved. Walking around the historic centre you will find beautiful cobbled streets lined with pots containing splashes of pretty colourful flowers and palms. Each square or Plaza has its own character with many having a fountain or statue. Also look out for the murals dotted around, which have created a lot of interest. To the north end of Calle Terraza, you will find the Estepona orchid house which has a central waterfall and is just a few Euros to get in. Estepona has a long coastline offering several different beaches, including Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo, both hold EU standard blue flags. The property is located at the foot of the Los Reales-Sierra Bermeja Natural Park, a protected area with native/endemic forest species such as the Pinsapo. You will also notice that the Sierra Bermeja mountain seems to turn red at twilight, due to the peridotite rocks that offer the characteristic colour. Due to its location on the Costa del Sol, Estepona has great road links to various historic towns and cities. If you are considering some trips out, have a look at Ronda with its famous bullring and gorge, Granada and the Alhambra Palace, Seville with its huge plazas, which was also home to the Expo 92 exhibition. Also, within a 40 minute drive you have the rock of Gibraltar with its famous apes. Do note you will have to clear customs and passport ‌control ‌to ‌enter! ‌Estepona ‌really offers so much, ‌beaches and ‌countryside for relaxing, ‌its location ‌for ‌exploring ‌Andalucia ‌and its climate with ‌over ‌320 ‌days ‌of ‌sunshine ‌a ‌year!
