The price differences between the very popular Marbella or Torremolinos, not to mention Malaga, will be substantial. That is why you should have a clearly defined budget to conduct your search in places that increase the chance of success of your search. Of course, on both coasts we can find cheaper apartments, but they will be for a thorough renovation or with an unclear formal status.
If you dream of a cottage / terraced house in the south of Spain, you will find most properties in the range of 200,000 Euros to 450,000 Euros.
